Registration

Every swimmer must have current registration with USA Swimming to enter the water for GIST practice.

New member registration is held in-person at the Central Middle School pool at 5:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month

• Registration fees and dues for the first month must be paid in full by cash or check during registration and prior to the first practice
• Create your USA Swimming account prior to arrival to help speed the process. Go to usaswimming.org to create your account.
• Create the account with parent’s information
• You will be give a link or QR code at the in-person registration event to register your child

Registration renewal for current members occurs each fall and is required for both GIST and USA Swimming

• The GIST Annual Registration fee is $20 per swimmer
• This fee can be paid in cash/check or added to one of the monthly ACH withdrawals in the fall
• The 2025 USA Swimming Renewal fee is
• $30 for ages 12 and under
• $100 for ages 13 and up
• $5 for Medicaid and SNAP recipients

If you need assistance with registration or renewal, you may register in person at Central Middle School Pool on assessment days at 5:30pm.
